As far as repairs are concerned, only the best will do.

As a youngster, Wayne would iron his own shirts because he was never satisfied with his collars. Linda, Wayne's wife, summed it up. "If Wayne were a farmer, all the cows would have to be standing in straight lines for him to be happy!"

Wayne Phipps is successful because he’s very, very fussy. He’s won a host of awards for customer service. He has even won a landscaping award, not to mention Business Person of the Year and a nomination for the West Australian Citizen of the Year Awards.
